Bulk Bathrobes and Spa Robes, Cut to Your Size Range

A bathrobe is the one piece in a bathroom that a guest wears. We make commercial bathrobes in bulk for hotels, spas and salons. Terry, waffle and velour are all made here, and every robe is cut to your size range.

You choose the fabric, the sizes, the shade, the label and the packing on each line. We keep those entries on file, and we weave a later run from them.

Where do bulk robe orders come from?

Sites that give a robe to a guest, a member or a client. The laundries that hold that stock order them too. The robe is always its own line.

  • Hotels and resorts, ordering hotel bathrobes for rooms and suites under their own label.
  • Spas and treatment rooms, which order wholesale spa robes for clients changing before an appointment.
  • Gyms, leisure clubs and pool areas, taking bulk spa robes beside the pool towels.
  • Salons and barbers, ordering bulk salon robes for the basin and the chair.
  • Commercial laundries, carrying wholesale bathrobes for the properties on their round.

Terry, waffle or velour?

We make all three. This is the first decision on the line. It settles how the robe washes, how it presses and how much room it takes in a cupboard.

Terry has a looped face, so it lifts water off a guest at once. Your laundry then has to dry that water out again.

Waffle has a flat, open face instead of loops. It folds small and presses flat. Wholesale waffle robes fit more pieces on one linen room shelf.

Velour has a smooth face rather than a looped one. It suits a property that wants neither the loop of terry nor the flat face of waffle.

One property can run more than one. Terry in the rooms and waffle at the pool is two lines on one order. We price each on its own figures.

How many sizes does a property have to hold?

That is your call. We cut robes to the size range on your order, not to a chart of ours.

Every size you add is another line in the linen room. A short range keeps the cupboard simple. A longer range fits more of the people walking through the door. Your own records settle where to sit.

A robe cut to one wide fitting suits anybody. That is how bulk unisex bathrobes work: one fitting, one quantity, and nothing to sort.

Send your measurements for each size, with the quantity on each. We make the robes to those figures.

Does a robe have to be white?

No. A robe line can run white, or we can dye it to one shade against the reference on your order. We do not print robes.

A robe moves around the building. People see the shade in a corridor or at the poolside, not folded on a rail. So ask to see the shade on a finished robe before we fix the number on your file.

Then there is the wash. A coloured line is another load your laundry has to keep apart from the white towels. Bulk white bathrobes leave you one pool of robes.

Why the label and the packing sit on the robe line

A guest wears this robe. So the label inside it and the bag it arrives in are part of the order, not warehouse detail.

Your own label goes into every robe. If a property runs more than one brand, each brand is its own line.

Packing follows how the robes reach the room. A bagged robe can go straight into a wardrobe. Bundles or cartons suit stock your laundry washes before it goes out. Say which way each line should leave, and the count per pack.

Which other lines travel with the robes?

Whatever else the bathroom needs. Wholesale hotel robes can sit beside the towels, the mats and the pool towels under bath linen on one quotation.

Where a refit takes in the whole room, we quote the bed linen range on the same sheet. Anything the table leaves out is settled on your own brief.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can more than one robe fabric go on the same order?

Yes. Each fabric is its own line, with its own sizes, shade, label and quantity. We price each on what is written against it.

We already hold robes we are happy with. How do we get the next batch to match?

Post us one robe from your current stock. With the robe in hand we can see the fabric and how it is put together. That tells us more than any written description. If you can spare none, send the fabric, the size range and a colour reference instead.

Should the robes carry the same shade as the room towels?

Only if you want them to. The robe line can take the Pantone reference already agreed for your towels. It can also stay white while the colour sits on the towels alone. Fabric is a separate choice, so a waffle robe can hang beside terry towels.

Can we order robes in one size only?

Yes. One size is one line, with one quantity against it. Send the measurements for that fitting and we cut every robe on the order to them.

Name the fabric, the size range you want to hold, the shade, the label and the packing. Those entries reach the bathrobe manufacturer as you wrote them, and every robe line comes back priced.
