What bed linen can you order from us?
Thirteen products cover the whole bed, from wholesale bed sheets to mattress protection. All are plain: white or a solid colour, with woven stripes or dobby but no prints. Flat sheets and fitted sheets have their own pages. For any other card, send us your spec and we quote it.

What can you choose across the range?
As the bed linen manufacturer, we make every product to the spec you set. The same fabrics, thread counts, weaves and colours run across the range, from sheets to duvet covers and pillowcases.
You choose the filling for comforters and toppers, and the surface on a protector. Anything else is made to your specification.

Who orders bed linen in bulk?
Four groups: hotels, hospitals and care homes, commercial laundries, and supermarkets. They use the same products for different jobs.
- Hotels and resorts: hotel sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases on one spec, so every room is made up the same way.
- Hospitals and care homes: sheets, pillowcases and mattress protection for ward and resident beds. See also healthcare linen.
- Commercial laundries: bed linen they rent out to hotels and care homes on hire.
- Supermarkets and big marts: bulk bedding sold as the store's own brand.
How do you keep a bed set matching?
Put every piece on one spec. When the flat sheet, fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase share one fabric, weave and Pantone reference, they read as one set on the bed.
Order them one at a time, and small differences in shade or sheen show up side by side. If you choose satin stripe, keep the same stripe width on the flat sheet and the duvet cover.
How do commercial laundries keep reorders consistent?
By reordering to a written spec, not to a product name. Commercial laundries are among our largest bed linen customers. Their new stock has to blend with the linen already in use.
The record that matters lists the fabric blend, thread count, weave, finished size and Pantone reference for each product. Send it with each order. We then make the new stock to those figures, not to the name on the invoice.
What is bed linen called in the UK, US and Australia?
The products are the same in every market. Only the words change. We make to your measurements, so the name on your order never changes the product.
UK buyers talk about bed linen and put a duvet cover over the duvet. In the US and Canada, the trade calls it bedding and buys wholesale bedding. There the filled layer on the bed is a comforter.
In Australia and New Zealand, a duvet cover is a quilt cover. Many buyers there still call bed linen manchester, as in hotel manchester. Australian trade buyers also say accommodation linen or commercial bedding for the same range.
Ordering and Export

- One 20ft container. You can mix products in the same container, as long as the order fills it and each product runs at three to four thousand pieces or more.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can one order cover different bed linen items?
Yes. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, protectors and toppers can go on the same order. List every item with its size, fabric and packing, and the quote shows each item separately.
Do you make own label bed linen for supermarkets?
Yes. Send your label artwork and retail packing instructions once, and we use them on every item in the set, from sheets to pillow protectors. Each piece can go into its own poly bag.
Can you supply certificates or test reports for our market?
Tell us the standard or test report your market needs, and we arrange it with your order.
List each product you need with its size, fabric, colour and packing, and we will quote the whole bed set.
