We weave, cut and hem flat linen: hospital bed sheets, draw sheets and pillowcases. We quote those straight from the figures and shades you send. The garment cards below sit in the same category, but they are a different job. They are cut and stitched as made up garments, and we do not price them off this page. Ask us before you write patient gowns, surgical gowns, nurse uniforms, scrubs or lab coats into a specification. We will tell you which part of the requirement we can quote. How we work to a buyer's brief covers the woven lines.

You Choose
Six things: fabric, construction, colour, finished size, finishing and packing. Name the standard your market asks for alongside them. We fix none of it on this page.
Set the order out under those headings, one line per product. The price then comes back against your entries. A blank entry is a question we put to you. We never answer it ourselves.
| You choose | Options |
|---|---|
| Fabric | 100% cotton, polycotton in 50/50, 60/40, 40/60, 65/35 or 80/20, or 100% polyester microfibre |
| Construction | Percale, sateen, satin stripe or dobby, at T130 through to T400 and above on request |
| Colour | White, or one solid shade per line matched to your Pantone reference. Nothing here is printed |
| Finished size | The figures you measure on your own beds, including the pocket depth on a fitted sheet |
| Finishing | Hem and edge finish stated by you, plain or mitred, double stitched |
| Label and packing | Your own label artwork; poly bag, bundle or carton, line by line |
| Standards and test reports | Tell us the standard or test report your market needs, and we arrange it with your order |
Four things, and all four change the figures on the order rather than the way we weave the cloth. A ward sheet and a guest room sheet can come off the same loom and still be two different lines.
The first is colour. If your sites code linen by department, give us a Pantone reference per line rather than a colour name. A ward, a theatre store and a day unit can then each hold a shade that staff and the laundry sort at a glance. The cost is stock depth: every shade is a separate pool that cannot cover a bed anywhere else.
The second is the laundry round. Tell us how often the linen goes back through the wash on your sites, how it is dried and finished, and whether the work is done on site or by a contract laundry. You then set the blend against that. A larger polyester share holds shape and dries faster. Cotton sits softer and takes up more moisture. The polycotton blends sit between them.
The third is the bed itself. A profiling frame changes shape as it is adjusted. So we quote a fitted sheet for one from the depth you measure on the mattress, as it sits on the frame, with any protector already fitted. Send the length, the width and the depth together, and send them separately for each make of bed on site.
The fourth is paperwork. Tell us the standard or test report your market needs, and we arrange it with your order. Name it while we are quoting the lines, not after the cloth is woven, so goods and documents are prepared side by side.
The woven ones. We weave the cloth, cut it to the measurements on your line and hem it. So bed sheets, draw sheets and pillowcases go straight onto a specification and come back priced.
Garments are a separate question. Patient gowns, surgical gowns, nurse uniforms, scrubs and lab coats are made up pieces, and this page does not quote them. Put the requirement to us in writing first, with the sizes and the quantity. We will then tell you plainly which part of it we can price.
We would rather say that here than let you build a tender around it. If you need linen and garments together, flag both at the enquiry, so one reply covers the whole list.
Five kinds of buyer. The quantity on each order follows the beds in use and the laundry round behind them, not a catalogue.
Not from this page. Those are made up garments. Put the requirement to us in writing, with the size range and the quantity, before you write a spec or ask for a price. We will answer on what we can take. We quote the woven linen, the bed sheets, draw sheets and pillowcases, straight from your figures.
Yes. Write them as separate lines, and they can differ in every entry. A resident room can take a finer count or a softer blend than a ward bed, without splitting the order in two.
Through the Pantone reference and the construction written on the first order. Both stay on your file. We weave a repeat back to that record, so the pieces coming in belong with the pieces already in circulation.
The specification you hold for each site you serve, the figures for the beds behind it, and the wash and finishing process you run. Lines for several sites can sit on one order. We pack them to arrive split the way you distribute them.
Send the bed figures, the Pantone references your departments hold and the wash process behind them. We will work through the list with you, line by line.
