Wholesale Table Cloths and Table Runners, Cut to Your Tables

Table cloths and table runners woven in bulk for restaurants, hotels, banqueting floors, caterers and hire stock. We make every cloth to the figures on your order.

You choose the cloth, the finished size and the colour. We weave spun polyester, cotton and polycotton. Colour is one decision per line: white, or a single solid shade against the number you send.

What goes on a table cloth line?

You choose

Five entries: the cloth, the weight, the finished size, the shade, and how the line is labelled and packed.

We settle none of it before your order. A cloth over a banqueting frame and a cloth over a bistro table are built from different figures. Where a line needs more than those five entries, it goes into a specification written against that line.

Spun polyester, or cotton and polycotton?

Whichever of the three you write against the line. We weave all three, so the cloth is your decision.

Spun polyester is woven from polyester staple yarn. Cotton is the natural fibre on its own. Polycotton carries both. The ratios are 50/50, 60/40, 40/60, 65/35 and 80/20, as on our bed linen. Put the ratio on the line with the cloth.

Settle this line by line, not once for the whole order. A function room and a restaurant floor can take two different cloths on one quotation. If you are unsure which of the three you hold today, send us a cloth from your stock. We find the fibre and the weave from it before we quote.

How is a cloth sized from the table?

From figures, never from a size name. Each line says what the table top measures and how far the cloth should hang. We make the cloth to that.

Names like banquet, trestle or six foot fix no size. Two deliveries bought under the same word can hang at two different depths on the same table. Figures stop that. So bulk banquet tablecloths still need the top measurement and the drop.

Shape belongs on the line as well. We make cloths for rectangular, square, round and trestle tables. If a venue runs more than one shape, give each shape its own line. Do not force one cloth across the whole floor.

Measure the tables in the room before the figures go on the order. A floor bought in more than one batch can hold two depths of top, or two diameters. The cloth line is where that shows up.

Write the unit beside the figure. Orders reach us in inches from the United States and Canada, and in centimetres from the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. A cloth cut to the wrong unit cannot be used.

Where does the table runner sit?

Wholesale table runners go on their own line, in the same cloth, made to the measurements you give for them. Bulk table runners are counted from the tables they dress, not from the cloths.

A runner is used two ways. On a bare table it carries the setting by itself, so the cloth and the colour do the whole job. Over a laid cloth it adds a second band down the table. Both pieces then need the same cloth and the same Pantone reference to look like one setting.

How does one shade run across the whole table?

Put one cloth and one Pantone number on every line. White is the usual choice. We run any single solid shade to the number you send.

Cloths, runners and napkins are plain pieces in a single colour. Once they share a cloth and a number, the room looks like one setting. It does not look like stock gathered from several deliveries. Napkins have their own page in this range, and we quote them alongside the cloths. A wholesale table linen order then holds one cloth and one number across every piece.

Your specification stays with us after the order. Cloths bought next season are made in the cloth, the weight and the shade already agreed, so you do not describe them again.

Who orders bulk tablecloths?

Buyers covering the same tables every day, who need the next delivery to sit beside the last one. So we build wholesale restaurant tablecloths from the record we hold.

  • Restaurants and restaurant groups, where the commercial tablecloths on this order have to be the cloths on the next one, in every site.
  • Hotels ordering hotel tablecloths for a restaurant and a function room at once, with two table shapes and two drops on one sheet beside the bed linen.
  • Caterers and event hire companies, covering trestles at one venue and fixed tables at the next out of a single stock.
  • Commercial laundries, adding to a pool of cloths already in use. The new cloths come off the record on file, not off the name of a shade.

Where do the cloths sit in a larger order?

Beside everything else the room is laid with. Runners, napkins and the cloths used behind the pass sit on the kitchen linen page. They can all go on one quotation, so one table linen supplier covers the floor.

A property buying for guest rooms at the same time adds its bed linen and bath linen lines to the same quotation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are runners woven to match the cloths?

Yes, when you ask for it, and most orders do. Repeat the cloth and the Pantone reference on both lines. Only the finished measurements then differ.

What sizes do your table cloths come in?

There is no standard list. We make every cloth to the figures on its line. That is why we ask what the table measures, rather than which size you want.

Can one order carry two different cloths?

Yes. The cloth is written on each line separately. So a banqueting floor in spun polyester and a restaurant in cotton or polycotton can be quoted together.

We hire cloths out and keep adding to the pool. How does new stock match?

From the specification we hold for you, not from the name of a shade. Send a cloth out of the pool as well if you can. We read the fibre and the weave from it, and match the colour to the reference already on your file.

Tell us what the tables measure and how far you want the cloth to hang. Name the cloth and the shade it should be woven in. We price each line from those figures.
