The pocket is what keeps a fitted sheet on the bed. You choose its depth and the elastic that holds it. Fabric, thread count, weave and colour are your choice too.

What do you tell us for a fitted sheet?

You choose

Start with the three measurements that decide fit: length, width and pocket depth. Then choose the elastic, fabric and finish.

You can also ask for the label in a set place, or a fold that suits your housekeeping trolley. We write that into the specification.

How deep should the pocket be?

As deep as the mattress with everything on it. Measure with the topper and protector in place. Then send us that figure.

Too shallow, and the corners pull off when a guest turns over. Housekeeping has to remake the bed. Too deep, and spare fabric gathers underneath. That can wrinkle across the top.

A deep fitted sheet is not a separate product here. It is the same sheet with a deeper pocket, made to your depth.

Elastic all round or corners only?

Elastic all round grips better. Corner elastic is easier to fold and stack.

Elastic along the whole edge draws the sheet under the mattress on every side. It holds tighter on deep beds. With elastic at the four corners only, the long sides stay straight. The sheet is then easier to fold and stack. The tuck alone holds the sides.

Why does laundering matter for fit?

Because any shrinkage on a fitted sheet comes out of the pocket. A sheet that loses depth stops holding the corners.

Tell us how your sheets are washed and dried when you ask for a quote. We then choose the fabric to suit that process. We also set the cotton to polyester ratio of polycotton fitted sheets.

Who buys fitted sheets in bulk, and for which beds?

Any buyer working to a fixed room or ward standard. The mattress depth decides what they order, not the bed size.

Hotel fitted sheets follow the room's mattress and topper. Hospital and care home sheets follow ward and residential beds. Laundries buy wholesale fitted sheets as hire stock for their clients' beds. Supermarkets pack them under their own label.

What are fitted sheet sizes by market?

A fitted sheet size is three measurements: length, width and depth. Size names only cover the first two. So we make to your measurements, not to a name.

In the US and Canada the same item is often called a bottom sheet. Beds there run through twin, twin XL, full, queen, king and California king. UK buyers order single, small double, double, king and super king. In Australia and New Zealand the names are single, king single, double, queen, king and super king.

Order flat sheets on the same fabric and Pantone reference. The pair on each bed then matches.

Ordering and Export

Minimum order: One 20ft container. You can mix products in the same container, as long as the order fills it and each product runs at three to four thousand pieces or more.
Shipping terms: FOB Karachi Port. CIF or CNF on request.

How do we measure mattress depth for a fitted sheet?

Measure the side of the mattress, from the bottom edge to the top surface. Keep the topper and protector on. That figure becomes the fitted sheet pocket depth we cut to. If your beds are different models, measure each one.

Can one order cover beds of different depths?

Yes. Give each bed type its own line on the order, with its own size and pocket depth. We make each line to its own measurements.

Will reordered fitted sheets fit the same beds?

Yes, if the reorder repeats the same length, width, pocket depth, elastic type and fabric. Keep those five on your spec sheet. Give them to any fitted sheet suppliers you quote.

Can you make fitted sheets for beds that are not a standard size?

Yes. We make an unusual bed the same way as a standard one, to the length, width and depth you send.

Are you the fitted sheet manufacturer or a trader?

The manufacturer. We make your fitted sheets to your own spec and pack them ready to ship. One supplier covers the order from the cloth onwards.
