As a cotton flat sheet manufacturer we supply 100% combed cotton, poly cotton and CVC blend flat sheet options across our bed linen range. Percale reads crisp, sateen reads smooth, and both can be customised to your specification.
All bed sheets are shrinkage controlled and fade resistant, so sizing stays consistent between deliveries. Institutional white, solid dyed and satin stripe available.

Can you make flat sheets in custom sizes?
Yes. As a custom size flat sheet manufacturer we cut to your dimensions. Send measurements including mattress depth and tuck allowance, and we quote against those rather than a standard size name.
What is the difference between percale and sateen flat sheets?
Percale is a plain weave that reads crisp and matte, and holds up well to commercial laundering. Sateen has a closer weave with a smoother, slightly lustrous surface, which suits premium rooms. We manufacture both.
What is the difference between a flat sheet and a fitted sheet?
