Bed Linen
Hotel Flat Sheets in Bulk, Made to Your Specification
Bulk flat sheets made to your specification, for guest rooms, wards, hire stock and retail packs. The US name for the same sheet is top sheet.
The fabric, weave, colour, size and thread count are all your choice. The fabric can be 100% cotton, polycotton or microfiber. Thread counts run from T130 to T400 and above. The colour is white or your Pantone shade.

What sizes are flat sheets made in?
Any size. We cut each sheet to your measurements. A queen flat sheet size and a king flat sheet size follow the figures you send.
Size names change by market. A UK king bed is smaller than a US king bed. So send us the mattress size, the depth and the tuck allowance, rather than a name.
| Market | Bed size names |
|---|---|
| UK | Single, double, king, super king |
| USA and Canada | Twin, full, queen, king |
| Australia and New Zealand | Single, king single, double, queen, king |
Size names are for reference. Every sheet is cut to the dimensions on your order.
Who orders flat sheets in bulk?
Four kinds of buyer order these sheets in bulk. We weave wholesale flat sheets to a written spec, not to a house range. Hotel flat sheets, ward sheets and commercial bed sheets are one product. Only the spec changes.
- Hotels and serviced apartments, so every property keeps one room standard.
- Wards and clinics, buying white or one solid colour that survives a high temperature wash.
- Commercial laundries, for hire stock that must match on every reorder.
- Store brands, where the sheet is packed for the shelf, not the linen room.
Cotton, polycotton or microfiber?
Decide which matters more to you: laundry turnaround or feel. Cotton breathes better and feels softer. Polyester creases less and dries faster.
Polycotton flat sheets let you balance the two. More polyester means the sheet dries quicker and needs less pressing. 100% polyester microfiber is the lightest and dries fastest. It also breathes least.
Percale or sateen?
Percale is crisp and matte. Sateen is smoother, with a soft sheen. Percale is woven one thread over and one under. That makes it tight and hard wearing.
Sateen floats more yarn on the surface. That is what gives the sheen. It can also show wear sooner under heavy commercial washing. For a woven pattern in one colour, choose satin stripe or dobby.
Does a higher thread count make a better sheet?
Not on its own. A higher count packs finer yarns closer together. That gives a smoother, denser sheet.
It also puts more yarn into every sheet. Fabric and weave change the feel as well. Choose the count to suit your laundry and your room standard, not one quality score.
What goes with a flat sheet?
A fitted sheet made to the same spec. Our fitted sheets use the same fabrics, weaves and thread counts. Top and bottom sheets then match.
The full bed linen range covers duvet covers, pillow covers, mattress protectors and toppers. One flat sheet supplier then covers the whole bed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a flat sheet the same as a top sheet?
Yes. The two names cover one product, on the same spec options. In the US it is called a top sheet. In the UK, Australia and New Zealand it is called a flat sheet.
Can you match our current flat sheets for a reorder?
Yes, if you send the full spec: fabric blend, thread count, weave, Pantone reference and size. We make to those numbers, so the new sheets match your existing stock.
Can the sheets carry our own brand for retail?
Yes. We sew in your brand label. Each sheet is packed in a poly bag, ready for the shelf. Hotel and laundry orders can go in bundles or cartons instead.
Can you make flat sheets larger than super king?
Yes. There is no fixed size list. A super king flat sheet size is cut to your figures like any other. Send the length and width you need. We confirm it with you before production.
What arrives when you supply flat sheets?
Finished sheets, labelled and packed as agreed. You deal with the flat sheet manufacturer, not a trader, so one spec runs from the cloth to the pack.
Flat sheet wholesale orders need six entries. Send the fabric, the thread count, the weave, the colour, the size and the packing. We quote against them.
