Australia
Hotel and Accommodation Linen Supplier for Australia
We supply commercial bed linen and towels to hotels, hospitals, care homes and laundries in Australia. We hold stock in the country. We also ship containers made to order from our factory in Pakistan.
So you have two ways to buy. Take what is already on the shelf here, or have the linen made to your own specification.
Request a QuotationHow Australian buyers order from us
There are two routes, and they suit different orders.
The first route is the stock we hold in Australia. It is already made and already in the warehouse, so it can go out in a quantity smaller than a container holds.
Stock lines move. Not every size and colour is held. What is on the shelf this month may be gone next month. So check the current list with us before you plan an order around it.
The second route is production. You give us the fabric, size, colour, label and packing, and we make the order for you. This is the route for a yearly contract or a new property fitout.
We keep your specification on file after the first order. A repeat order is made to the same specification. The new linen then matches the linen already on your shelf.
Who we supply in Australia
Our buyers here all buy for commercial use, not for a single home.
- Hotels and motels, for guest room sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases and towels
- Serviced apartments and holiday parks, which carry a mix of bed sizes
- Hospitals and aged care homes, for ward sheets and draw sheets
- Commercial laundries, which hold linen for the properties they serve
- Supermarkets and big marts, which buy packed and labelled goods
- Wholesale buyers and hospitality suppliers, who carry stock to resell
For a laundry we quote on repeat production of one specification. For a hotel group we quote room by room, because the sizes change between a studio and a suite.
What Australians call bed linen and towels
The words here differ from the UK and the United States. We quote on whichever word you use.
| Australian word | What it means |
|---|---|
| Quilt cover or doona cover | The cover that goes over the quilt. Elsewhere it is called a duvet cover. See quilt and duvet covers. |
| Manchester | The shop word for bed linen in Australia, used in shops and catalogues. |
| King single | A single bed that is longer and wider than a standard single. |
| Face washer | The small square towel. The UK calls it a face cloth and the US a washcloth. See face towels. |
| Pillow slip | Another word for pillowcase. See pillowcases. |
Bed names run from smallest to largest as single, king single, double, queen and king. We cut to the measurements you send us. Mattress depth differs between properties, and the depth decides the fit of a fitted sheet.

You choose every detail that changes the product. We do not sell a fixed range.

- Weave: plain percale, sateen, satin stripe, dobby or jacquard
- Thread count: T130 to T400 and above, on flat sheets and fitted sheets
- Towel weight: 400 to 700 GSM, on bath towels and hand towels
- Colour: white, or a solid colour matched to your Pantone shade

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we order a smaller quantity in Australia?
Yes, if we hold the item. A smaller order can ship from the stock we hold in Australia. Ask us what is in the warehouse. We will tell you the sizes and colours on hand.
Can you match the sheets and towels we already use?
Yes. Send us one piece of each. A sample is the best way to match existing stock. We read the fabric and the construction from it. If you have no sample, send us the written specification instead.
Do you supply the test reports our market asks for?
Tell us the standard or test report your market needs, and we arrange it with your order.
Can the linen carry our own label?
Yes. We stitch your own label and pack the way you ask, in poly bag, bundle or carton, with the artwork you send us.
Tell us the products, sizes and quantity you need. We will tell you what we hold in Australia and what we would make for you.
